Being a Responsible Business is something we take very seriously and we are committed to fulfilling our ambitions at every level across the agency.

In a continually changing world, we hope to empower our staff to be Responsible Citizens and to live and work in an environment of Mutual Respect.

How do we do this?

We are committed to being a Responsible Business - and that includes being Fit for Purpose as an employer.  Through our Citizenship programme, we encourage all employees to donate their time and skills to good causes and to get involved in Edelman's own commitments. These are focused on two core areas:

• Our community
• Our environment

Staff at all levels are supporting charities and other pro bono initiatives. We also have an award-winning, grassroots Green Team, which drives an aggressive green agenda across the agency and throughout the global Edelman Network.

We encourage everyone to be curious about the world outside their work, to immerse themselves in whatever ignites their passions.  We believe this makes for well-rounded individuals who can bring a richer understanding to their clients and colleagues. This is what we call "Living in Colour".
