LONDON 20th August – Edelman today announced that Matt Hurst has been appointed to the role of Managing Director of Edelman UK’s Technology practice.
Currently, Matt is Executive Vice President, Edelman, Technology based in London, having joined Edelman in 2007. During his time at Edelman he has worked on accounts such as Microsoft, Motorola and Hewlett Packard, running both UK and international programmes across up to 50 countries in Europe Middle East and Africa. Matt has also been integral to the Edelman European Technology leadership team and part of the Edelman EMEA strategy working group.
Throughout his time at Edelman, Matt has helped to shape thinking around influencer engagement, driven integration of social digital and multiscreen/multichannel content approaches into the heart of client work. Matt has also been instrumental in executing training initiatives across the EMEA region including Cultural Intelligence which helps equip employees and clients to work successfully in a global environment.
